As most of you know Evolution is tucked away on a small corner of Malapascua Island, deep in Provincial Philippines. Our small borough is known as Indonacion and many of your employees and friends live in this area just minutes from the resort. Every year Evolution invites the local of children of Indonacion to a Christmas celebration. We host it on the the centre of all public life in The Philippines - the basketball court. Forget Turkey and Ham - the Xmas fare by request is Spaghetti and hot dogs, Chocolate cake and lots of Tasty Bread. This quickly turned into delicious looking Spaghetti sandwiches - a local specialty. Parlour games are a must so with the speaker stacks shaking we enjoyed games of Paper Dance, Tomato Dance and Kalamansi Relay - see if you can spot which is which in this short video of the day.
